Kyle Disappeared with 16 year old Sandra Ramirez & a 23 year old man faces several felony counts and is suspected of housing the juveniles in a southwestern Las Vegas neighborhood near the cross streets of Cimmeron & Flamingo in Las Vegas. The pair have also been spotted in the area of Koval and Tropicana. The 23 year old accomplice may or may no be the teens capture. This decision is usually left to the opinion of the parents as the mental competency of Kyle is in question. The Man faces several felony counts including kidnapping, harboring and aiding a fugitive, harbor and aiding of a juvenile, obstruction of justice and sexual seduction of a minor under the age of sixteen even if the man claims consent of a minor. The man is also facing charges of providing a controlled substance to a minor A class C Felony.

The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police department as well as the Las Vegas Office of the FBI are currently Investigating this case.

A person is guilty of a third degree felony for harboring a minor fugitive. Harboring includes but is not limited to providing false information as well as Not reporting information to the authorities.

Accomplices in the case are being investigated for for possible obstruction charges for withholding information that could lead to the safe return of these two minor children.

The family's of Kyle Barr and Sandra Ramirez are very worried about their children and simply want the safe return of their kids. Any problems that were  in tha past can now be resolved including the main issue of these two children not being able to see each other. The families have agreed the when these two children who are obviously in Love return home the families will work with the children to allow them to see each other and be together.

"We only want what's best for our kids & I guess its best if we just work this out and let them see each other" Said David Barr Kyle's father. We want our son home and they want there Daughter home. If they must be together we would rather they be together at home than together on the streets!
